# What your team can see

<Note>
  People in your workspace only see what you share with them. Your calls, emails, notes, and profiles are yours. Being in the same workspace shares nothing. Admins manage the workspace, but they can't see your memory either.
</Note>

## What you share, they see

When you share a contact, company, call, or note, it arrives in your teammate's **Inbox**. They see it once they accept it. See [Sharing](/docs/using-soda/share).

## Keep sharing inside your workspace

By default, you can share contacts and companies with anyone. Admins can limit that to teammates. In **Settings** > **Workspace** > **General**, under **Sharing Policy**, turn on **Restrict sharing of Contacts and Companies to within the workspace**.

With it on:

* Contacts and companies can only be shared with people in your workspace.
* Any contact or company already shared with someone outside the workspace is unshared, and pending invites are cancelled. Soda asks you to confirm first.
* Calls and notes aren't affected.

## Not the same as Exclude team members

**Exclude team members** stops Soda building profiles of your colleagues. It doesn't change what anyone can see. See [Exclude people and domains](/docs/memory/exclude-people-and-domains#leave-out-your-colleagues).
