# Contact support

Email us at [support@getsoda.app](mailto:support@getsoda.app). There's no way to report a problem from inside Soda, so email is the way to reach us.

## What to include

These details help us find the problem without going back and forth.

* Your Soda version. Click your name at the bottom of the Soda sidebar. The version is the last line of the menu, for example v1.4.2.
* Your macOS version. Choose Apple menu > **About This Mac**.
* The meeting app, if it's about a call. For example, Zoom or Google Meet.
* Roughly when it happened. The day and time is enough.
* What you expected, and what happened instead. If Soda showed a message, copy it word for word.
