TL;DR
Your team's docs are good but getting to them mid-call is the problem.
You can now connect Google Docs and Sheets to Soda's Knowledge Base, making all that knowledge queryable, on demand, from anywhere on your Mac with ⌘⌘. When leadership updates a doc, the latest version is instantly accessible to the whole team without anyone needing to check Slack or dig through Drive.
It's 3pm. You're on a call with a prospect and they ask how the new pricing tiers apply to their use case. You know there's a doc somewhere, someone in Product wrote it up a couple of weeks back. And you vaguely remember Marketing shared it in Slack at some point. But you're on a live call and you're not going to scroll Drive while they wait for you to answer.
So you wing it.
Finding information when it matters
We've been talking to reps, CS managers, and founders throughout our beta, and the same thing kept coming up.
New hires spend the first month overwhelmed. Not just by the volume of information they need to absorb, but by trying to remember where they saw an answer so they can go back and check.
And it's not just new hires. Even experienced reps running 30 or 40 accounts find themselves in conversations where the answer exists somewhere in a doc they read two months ago and can't locate now.
Commercial teams invest real time producing strong documentation; persona guides, battlecards, product specs, onboarding playbooks, objection handling decks. The content is good and the effort is there.
But what we kept hearing from reps was that while having the documentation was valuable, actually getting to it when it mattered was laborious, slow, and broke their focus. You'd have to leave the call in your head, open Drive, guess the right search term, find the doc, skim through it for the right paragraph, and by then you've lost the thread of the conversation. So most people just don't bother. They default to what they can remember, which is less than they think.
The content exists. It's just not reachable when it counts.

Google Docs and Sheets, in Soda
You can now connect your Google Docs and Sheets to Soda. Once they're in, Soda reads through them and adds them to its Knowledge Base. Everything in those docs becomes queryable, on demand, from anywhere on your Mac.
Hit ⌘⌘ and ask. “What's the discount policy for deals over 100k?...”, “What did we agree with Clay last quarter?...”, or “How does our product compare with Datadog?....“. Soda pulls the answer from the docs you've connected, without you leaving what you're doing. The answer is presented right there on screen.
The new hire on their first solo call doesn't need to remember which doc to look in, or that the doc even exists. They just ask.
Share knowledge updates in real-time
This goes the other way too. When a pricing guide gets updated or a new customer success story goes live, the updated doc is immediately accessible to the whole team through Soda's Knowledge Base.
Anyone who produces knowledge for the frontline can update once and know it reaches everyone. Whether the team is in one office or spread across five time zones, the latest version is queryable the moment someone needs it.
Your team launches a new enterprise pricing tier on Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, every rep who gets asked about it can hit ⌘⌘, get the full details and ask follow up questions whenever they need.
Google Docs and Sheets integrations are now available in Soda.
