What to include
These details help us find the problem without going back and forth.- Your Soda version. Click your name at the bottom of the Soda sidebar. The version is the last line of the menu, for example v1.4.2.
- Your macOS version. Choose Apple menu > About This Mac.
- The meeting app, if it’s about a call. For example, Zoom or Google Meet.
- Roughly when it happened. The day and time is enough.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. If Soda showed a message, copy it word for word.
